  1. Our company adheres to a 10-day return policy, allowing customers ten days from the item's receipt to request a return/refund.
  2. We have a strict policy that requires “video proof of the product being opened upon receiving the product order.
  3. Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

 

  • Refund Policy
  1. In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive and quality check the product.
  2. In the case of COD( Cash On Delivery ), please send us your bank details in the mail so that the refund amount can be sent directly to the bank account.
  3. It takes 7-8 working days to process the refund after the product pickup.

 

  • Return Policy
  1. To raise a request for a return you can mail us at care@amalfa.in . The mail should include ( Order ID, Customer Name, Contact Info), the reason for returning the package, and video proof of the order being opened upon receiving.
  2. In case of any Damage product’s return,Mail along with video proof is mandatory.
  3. Once we receive the package, we will initiate the return/refund process, and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method opted within ten business days.
